What is Dare to Bare?
Movemeant's year-long fundraising campaign, Dare to Bare, is a celebration of bodies of all shapes and sizes. Together, we sweat, we move, we work out in our sports bras—which act as a symbol that we are fighting for young women across the country battling eating disorders, body image issues, lack of self-worth and depression.
New to Barry's Bootcamp?
Barry's combines equal length intervals of cardio (treadmill runs) and floor work (weight training, resistance exercises) in a one hour workout. You will be alternating between treadmill and floor work in segments that may last as little as 5 minutes each or as much as 30 minutes each, depending on the plan for that day, although 10-15 minutes per round is most common. All this is combined in a club-like environment with flattering lighting and the best sound system pumping a mix of music that is guaranteed to keep you moving.
